Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Special orders will be manufactured and shipped within 10 days. Orders over 100m may be classed as a special order. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will contact you via email or telephone if this is the case. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These vary according to destination and order size. 

We deliver through a global network of carriers. However, if you would prefer to use your own, that’s fine. Simply contact us during the checkout process and we will arrange this for you. 

Our network of carriers includes but is not limited to: DHL, UPS, SF Express, Interlogistica, BG Post, Speedy, DPD, TNT. We also use road hauliers when order size constitutes this. 

Goods are shipped from our distribution centers in the UK, Bulgaria or Hong Kong. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. In this instance, we will update and work with the carriers to resolve any issues within our control. 

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
